 Useful suggestions to speed up delivery:
-Avoid, if possible, to modify, or add items to, the original order
-Except for the bowed string quartet, always specify string length and pitch (415, 440 or other) 
-Specify, if possible, the diameters of the strings presently in use, adding any useful comments about their performance and your wishes 
-As far as possible, work out your desired stringing in advance (lutes)  
-Make sure you order types of strings and diameters actually present in the Aquila catalogue  
-Fill out your order in a rational and easy to read form 
-Custom made strings: please make sure you keep note of the diameters and other special features in a safe place 
-Violone, Bassetto, etc: beside string length please indicate also the distance between string holder and peg
-Always provide your VAT number and a reliable phone number or email address 
Notice:
-The manufacture of strings diverging from our standard production always causes a longer delivery time: we suggest therefore you place your orders well in advance, according to your professional needs
-Try and avoid, as far as possible, to run into situations of urgency: owing to our production cycles we cannot guarantee we will always be able to meet your needs
Concerning gut strings:  Lacking detailed informations we authomatically switch for the half-rectified ones

Suggerimenti utili per velocizzare le spedizioni:
-Evitare possibilmente di effettuare integrazioni e/o modifiche successive all'ordinazione iniziale.
-Ad esclusione della famiglia del quartetto d'archi, indicare sempre la lunghezza vibrante ed il corista (es, 415Hz; 440 Hz etc).
-Fornire se possibile anche i diametri/tipologie già in uso sullo strumento esprimendo contestualmente un breve parere in merito a ciò che si desidera.
-Nei limiti del possibile effettuare da sè i calcoli delle corde (liuti).
-Nella richiesta essere certi di attenersi strettamente alle tipologie di corda/diametri  effettivamente presenti nel nostro catalogo.
-Compilare l'elenco di corde secondo uno schema razionale e di facile lettura.
-In caso di montature personalizzate: ricordarsi di conservare al sicuro i dati dei diametri/dati costuttivi delle corde appositamente realizzate.
-Violoni, Bassetti etc: oltre alla lunghezza vibrante indicare anche la lunghezza del tratto cordiera-pirolo.
-Indicare sempre la partita IVA o il codice fiscale e un sicuro recapito telefonico ed e.mail

Attenzione:
-La realizzazione di corde diverse dalla produzione standard  implica inevitabilmente tempi di consegna maggiori; si suggerisce pertanto di formulare la richiesta con un tempo congruo alle vostre esigenze professionali.
-Evitare per quanto possibile situazioni di urgenza: per questioni legate ai cicli di produzione non sempre potranno essere evase velocemente.
