Useful suggestions to speed up
delivery:
-Avoid,
if possible, to modify, or add items to, the original order
-Except for the bowed string quartet, always specify string length and
pitch (415, 440 or other)
-Specify, if possible, the diameters of the strings presently in use,
adding any useful comments about their performance and your wishes
-As far as possible, work out your desired stringing in advance (lutes)
-Make sure you order types of strings and diameters actually present in
the Aquila catalogue
-Fill out your order in a rational and easy to read form
-Custom made strings: please make sure you keep note of the diameters
and other special features in a safe place
-Violone, Bassetto, etc: beside string length please indicate also the
distance between string holder and peg
-Always provide your VAT number and a reliable phone number or email
address
